WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please examine all parts immediately. We must be notified within five (5) days after the receipt of material(s), in the event of any claim. No allowances will be made for shortages or damages unless we are notified within (5) days. Any and all returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Absolutely no returns on electrical items, (wiring harnesses, gauges, fuses, etc.) Power Product Systems only accepts returns made within the first 30 days of the shipment. No return merchandise will be accepted without a prior Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers may be obtained by calling (781) 246-1810. Items must be in the complete and original packaging. Under no circumstances will new parts be accepted if they show signs of use or abuse, otherwise the return will be refused. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. . Any damage, pilferage, or loss in transit by shipper should immediately be filed with the shipper and/or transportation company used.
